How do I apply for a job?
If your resume meets the minimum requirements of the job you are applying for, you should receive a telephone call within 7 to 10 business days.
What is your interview process?
The interview process includes an initial phone screening within 7 to 10 days of resume submission. Upon successful completion of the first-level interview, your resume will be submitted to the functional leader who may conduct a second-level technical interview or who may invite you to come into the facility for a face-to-face interview with a cross-functional team. The face-to-face interview takes approximately 2 to 6 hours. Once the face-to-face interview is complete, the interview team provides feedback to the functional leader, who in turn makes the final determination on applicant suitability. The candidate should hear back from the functional leader or human resources representative within 5 to 10 business days of the face-to-face interview.
How long does the interview process take?
Depending on team availability, the interview process may take 2 to 4 weeks.
Who will I be interviewing with?
Candidates will interview with the functional area leader, a member of the human resources department, and 2 to 3 cross-functional team members.
When will I hear from you after the interviews?
A candidate should hear back from Paragon within 5 to 10 business days of the face-to-face interview.
How quickly do you want to fill the position?
Our goal is to fill positions as quickly as possible with the right person.
Do you have annual reviews and what is your review process?
All new hires receive a performance review after completion of their first 90 days of employment and again on the anniversary of their hire date.
What is your salary range?
A salary range is predetermined for each position. The functional area leader or member of the human resources department will provide that information to you at the time of the face-to-face interview.
